1. Oakley reserves the right to alter or vary the terms and conditions or the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control.
2. Oakley reserves the right to limit and refuse any registration and is not disputable.
3. Participant’s information provided is accurate.
4. Participants must have a Strava account and grant Oakley the authorization access to the account for their run.
5. Participants grant Oakley the right to use their entry details for its own business purposes and for event publicity and to receive Oakley promotions and updates.
6. Oakley hires professional photographers/videographers to capture images of the Event in compliance with data protection & privacy laws. Oakley may edit and use these images for administrative and promotional activities in the ordinary course of our business. By participating the Event, you acknowledge and agree that (i) your image may be used by Oakley as set forth hereunder; and (ii) other Event Attendees may capture your image, in photo, video or streaming formats, which Oakley cannot control and for which Oakley disclaims all liability.
7. Oakley shall not be held responsible for death or personal injury or any loss or damage caused by the negligence of their contractors, sub-contractors or agents.
8. Oakley Street Satchel Bags are limited to the first 100 participants who register at the Oakley booth with their run uploaded successfully on Strava.
9. Top 10 fastest times from across Thailand (June TFS event), Singapore (July TFS event) and Malaysia (October TFS event) will win an Oakley Aro Helmet and an Oakley Flight Jacket. Oakley Aro Helmet is limited to either Aro 3 or Aro 5. Winners will be informed within a month after the last TFS event.
